1. Introduction

3. Payment Terms
Visa or MasterCard debit and credit cards in AED will be accepted for payment. The displayed price and currency at the checkout page will be the same price and currency printed on the Transaction Receipt, and the amount charged to the card will be shown in your card currency.
4. Payment Confirmation
Once the payment is made, the confirmation notice will be sent to the client via email within 24 hours of receipt. For mobile carrier billing, confirmation may also be sent via SMS. The confirmation will include details of your subscription plan, payment amount, and subscription period.
5. Subscription Services
Octothink offers subscription services that provide access to premium features and content. Subscriptions may be purchased through mobile carrier billing or credit card payment. Subscription fees are charged in advance on a recurring basis according to the subscription plan selected.
6. Cancellation Policy
Customer can cancel their requested services within 24 hours; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed.
For mobile carrier billing subscriptions, follow the cancellation instructions provided by your mobile carrier. For credit card subscriptions, you can cancel through your account settings on the Octothink website. Cancellations after the 24-hour period will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle with no partial refunds provided.
7. Pricing and Description
Octothink offers the following subscription plans:
- Weekly Plan: AED 15/week - Full access to all premium games and features
- Monthly Plan: AED 49/month - Full access to all premium games and features (Save 18% compared to weekly)
- 3-Month Plan: AED 129/3 months - Full access to all premium games and features (Save 28% compared to weekly)
- Annual Plan: AED 399/year - Full access to all premium games and features (Save 45% compared to weekly)
All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes. Subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.
8. User Eligibility
Customers using the website who are Minor/under the age of 18 shall not register as a User of the website and shall not transact on or use the website. By using this service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
9. Account Security
User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. If you suspect any unauthorized use of your account, you must notify us immediately.
10. Transaction Records
Cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and https://octothink.com/ policies and rules. These records will be helpful in case of any disputes or for tracking your subscription status.
11. Sanctions Compliance
We will not trade with or provide any services to OFAC and sanctioned countries. Octothink reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
12. Intellectual Property
All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of Octothink or its content suppliers and protected by international copyright laws.
13. Limitation of Liability
Octothink shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service or for the cost of procurement of substitute goods and services.
